Microsoft Windows

It is first in line in terms of usage. The last version, Windows 10 released in 2015. There are several versions of the system with different functions: Home, Pro, Enterprise and Mobile. The Microsoft server system is Windows Server.

This is the family of free and proprietary operating systems with open (or partially open) source code. They are mainly used as server ones, but quite commonly are used as desktop.
