The task of Noventiq Premier Services is proactive support of IT infrastructure.
These are services aimed at increasing the level of infrastructure maturity, its stability, performance, and security in terms of technologies based on Microsoft products.
The work is carried out directly on the customer’s premises by highly qualified Noventiq engineers using tools specially created for this purpose.
The services provided are strictly regulated, have a specific result, output value and implementation period.
If you manage a large, complex IT infrastructure that has evolved over many years and been passed down from generation to generation of administrators, it is likely to harbor a number of deeply hidden problems, perhaps as a result of poor historical decisions. Because of these problems, the performance of business systems, their fault tolerance and security often suffer. To eliminate these shortcomings, the work of highly qualified specialists is not enough, and automated examination tools must be used.
Noventiq specialists help to take a systematic and structural approach to the examination and fundamentally study the system, find out the source of the malfunction and evaluate the correctness of the IT infrastructure, instead of solving individual problems.

Survey of the customer's infrastructure from the point of view of its compliance with the best practices of the vendor, industry practices, and requirements for infrastructure support. Using specialized tools, we collect a large amount of information about the current configuration, events, its performance and generate a report on the deviation of the current infrastructure from the reference one, indicating recommendations - in which area the infrastructure should be developed, with technical immersion for customer specialists in what exactly we are checking in infrastructure, why this is important and what risks they pose if the found issues are not corrected. This is the first level of work that is done using any of the Microsoft technologies of the customer’s choice, for example Active Directory, Exchange Server, SQL Server, SharePoint Server.
Create disaster recovery documentation. These are documents regulating the work of customer specialists in various situations of damage or data loss. The documents include working with the backup strategy, the customer's SLA and conducting fire drills, in other words, training work on restoring infrastructure in various situations.
Improved performance, primarily in SQL Server and business solutions that use SQL Server technologies.
Improving security from the point of view of Microsoft technologies. Our engineers, knowing about typical problems in operating Microsoft products, have ready-made packaged solutions to close known attack vectors on the customer’s infrastructure.
In addition, our services include training. These are proprietary courses created by Noventiq engineers, where customer specialists who already know their products well are deeply immersed in certain narrow topics, such as performance analysis, infrastructure protection, and problem solving in the use of relevant technologies.

We do not have a minimum mandatory contract
The catalog specifies specific services with execution time and scope of work.
The unit of sale is one specific work. You can select any infrastructure element and the service that is currently critical for it, for example, analysis of optimization of accounting system performance, creation of a disaster recovery plan, or a training course for upgrading skills.
Premier support services are quite rare, which until recently were provided only by the vendor itself. We currently offer unique expertise and a set of tools to provide such services, created at Noventiq.
