Responsibilities:

• Participation in the development of IT solutions and the selection of the implemented option, considering technical, price, and political factors, as well as the protection of the chosen solution.
• Operational management of project groups from sales and service departments in working on complex projects, establishing connections in projects
• Preparation of comprehensive commercial proposals for formulated solutions and work plans
• Participation in the preparation of pre-project documentation, design briefs, technical specifications, etc.
• Execution of an individual sales plan (starting from FY25)
• Working with clients to inform them about the company's key business directions
• Working with dedicated clients to form a portfolio of complex projects
• Identifying customer needs in the field of complex IT solutions, conducting negotiations, correspondence, initial audits
• Working with partners and vendors on a portfolio of complex projects
• Monitoring and analyzing competitors' activity in the complex projects segment
• Management of complex projects, risk management

Requirements:

• Higher education in information technology is desirable
• Preferable experience as a pre-sale engineer/architect or in a managerial position in the IT field (Minimum of 3 years of experience)
• Experience in selling software/hardware will be an advantage
• Deep knowledge of IT solutions and sales, virtualization, computing systems, cloud infrastructure, basic IT infrastructure, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal teams
• English proficiency at the B1 level
• Analytical mindset and ability for strategic planning
