Noventiq has implemented Electronic Document Management System for Expressbank. This system automates all core business processes in document and administrative workflows, which leads to a faster document approval and an improved task execution control.
Expressbank has been operating for 24 years. Its main strategy is to be transformed into a leading bank, distinguished by the quality of service, with wide sales network in the country, to provide services for business communities and the population, and to be in the top five banks of Azerbaijan. The bank needed to provide the employees with necessary tools for collaborative work. Moreover, the existing document management had to be improved as well. The EDMS implementation was the obvious solution to these problems, and the WSS Docs platform was chosen.
First of all, it was necessary to plan the solution architecture according to the client's requirements and to work out the schedule. After that, the solution was deployed and configured for the bank general department employees. Finally, the system availability was checked. The system recovery environment was also created and tested. Afterwards, Noventiq specialists successfully commissioned the system for commercial operation.
The integration of EDMS into the banking activities of Expressbank has allowed to
- simplify access to data for the bank employees;
- restrict access to the documents;
- organize multi-user work with the documents;
- automate the bank records management;
- to localize into the Azerbaijani language;
- to automate the process of loans granting approval;
- to ensure a fast and convenient search for documents and data.
Expressbank searched for the most effective document processing automation solution and decided to address Noventiq International — the largest software provider in our country. Noventiq helped us select the most suitable product — a popular electronic document workflow system named WSS Docs.
